The nTelos-provided router enables wireless coverage to devices within a 150-foot radius, within limits imposed by the home’s construction, such as interior metal or masonry walls. nTelos provides 24/7 technical support and remote troubleshooting as part of the monthly service. nTelos will replace a faulty or defective router, within normal abuse guidelines. Routers damaged through use other than normal wear and tear are not covered.


                       

One time installation charge is $85/hour and usually requires one hour with owner present. Minimum installation is $42.50. Additional installations are quoted at $85/hour.
